Refund policy

Because all of our products are made to order and shipped directly from our print partners, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

If your item arrives broken or defective, simply send us a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
