This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Here is how it works:  I upload my high definition sketch to the print-on-demand website, then when you place your order, the company prints that item *specifically* for you, and then ships it to your address right when it's done being printed.

IMPORTANT:  It may take up to 10 business days, or sooner, to receive your mug! Since each item is made after you make your purchase.

I cannot offer returns or refunds  (Since these are sent directly from the printer) unless your item gets lost in the mail or arrives damaged. 
If your mug arrives broken, just send me a picture of it and I'll be happy to send you another one free of charge!
